VERY SIMPLEEE
Boot your system into safe mode by pressing F8 during start up(right at the beginning). Once in safe mode, change the view settings to "show all files", and remove the check from "hide protected system files".
Go to these two places and rename the existing winlogon.exe to winlogon.old and copy the modified("patched") file into these folders.
C:\Windows\System32\Dllcache
C:\windows\System32
Boot back into normal Windows and you will find that your system is activated, you can check it with the utility wininfo.exe
here is both winlogin.exe for home and pro
http://home.pacbell.net/opengl/WinLoginPro.zip
http://home.pacbell.net/opengl/WinLoginHome.zip
Once you are done, go to "start" and "run", type: %systemroot%\system32\oobe\msoobe.exe /a
There you go...
